This policy covers the Blume pre-launch website at blumeai.app and enquiries sent to [email protected]. “Blume”, “we” and “our” refer to the team operating this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
The website previews an app in development. It does not provide an app account or collect health records through the preview screens. An app-specific privacy policy will be provided before the app launches.
Information involved
- Website requests. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and request information to deliver and protect the website.
- Messages you send. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name or attachments you choose to include. Our business email uses Google Workspace.
- Preview content. Values and example profiles in the app previews are illustrative. Looking at a preview does not connect your health data or create a partner account.
Please avoid sending medical records or other sensitive health information in a general website enquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, investigate technical problems, respond to enquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
